it needs to be no ttoo loose or dangley, and it needs to have an air conditioning likeness.. so that i dont get too hot and sweaty

I understand your concern that shows through this question. I can see the situation in which you are, for I am a Muslimah too and have worked in McDonald's for 8 months.
However, I don't think your employers will allow you to wear anything on except your crew uniform. The Company Guidelines very clearly state this in the Crew Handbook.
In case you reside in a Muslim country, you may seek yor employers' permission before donning a Hijaab. After that, you may seek guidance from any of your fellow female colleagues or your female managers (if any)
