Which of the stories is your favorite and why?
Mine is "Cousins?" with Alfred Molina because of the way the attitudes change and "Delirium" with Bill Murray for the humour on alternative medicine.

I have seen it and I like the one with Jack show Meg his Tesla coil story,I used to think they were brother and sister because they seem close like that.,I love Jim Jarmusch but my favorite film of his is Broken Flowers,with Bill Murray who is vastly underrated!I love Bill Murray,the Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou was great too and Rushmore!I loved Permanent Midnight too and the movie Hedwig and the angry itch was great as the other girl was saying!I know Rushmore was not Jarmusch,just saying it is great.I love Bill Murray,very underrated!

but my favorite movie by
Jarmusch is "Dead Man"...
Never seen Johnny Depp so sad before ...
And the movie itself looks like an old b/w film by
Fritz Lang or Murnau ... "Dead Man" is
like an Odyssey, a trip,
a journey to the end of
the world .... can't see it too
often, because I become depressed ...

Midnight Vacation (or was it Permanent Vacation?) with Ben Stiller, Basketball Diaries, and Rush. I guess stories about drug addiction really get to me. It isn't a pretty world, and these movies demonstrate it beautifully. They aren't necessarily my favorites...but they did impact me. There's a couple more...but I am terrible at remembering titles. You get the idea. There is a play (not mainstream) called Hedwig that was really poignant...it makes us see all people as human beings with feelings. I also liked Triple X (XXX) that really brings it home.
