Drugs, exertion, excitement, excessive heat, and stress are all among hundreds of possible external causes. Internally, electrolyte imbalances, cardiac dysrrhythmias, incorrect cardiac electrical conduction, metabolic disorders, infection. My friend the list goes on and on.
