It would seem to be the other way around. The US is a territory of Israel. Had this type of whole sell slaughter been going on in Europe. The US would have been the 1st trying to push and browbeat nations into intervening. But since thins is the Middle East, and since this is about an Israeli target, who cares if children are dying. Uncle Sam cares only if European children are dead when the smoke clears, not the Middle East, or Sub Saharan Africa. Look at the track record(something the neocon cowed masses hope to ignore) People(and I use the tern for these obtuse garden slugs loosely)say it is justifies to bomb children because Hezbollah fired a rocket from that village. If they had American made jets, choppers, tanks etc. And training to use them effectively Hezbollah would not have to run and shoot. they could meet square on the battle field. They have to defend themselves the way they do because they see Uncle Sam stacking the deck one-sided. And I defy any of these garden slug neocons to say if it were them they would not fight the same way. They are at least smart enough to know not to walk out in the open and be hit by air strikes. Maybe Uncle Sam should sell to Hezbollah, then it will be an even open fight.

It is easy to see the poiint you are trying to make with this question---but the fact remains that Israel is an ally with the United States on several fronts and the ties that are there are exactly that----allied ties---people are constantly misreading such relationships to be far more than they actually are---a sense that if your in for a penny your in for a pound
