Send for a birth record from the county or state you were born in. There is often a small charge for it but you'll likely need it for other business in your lifetime. In fact, it may be best to order a couple copies.

Do you know what hospital you were born in? If you contact them they should be able to give you details about the birth and the exact time.

Ask your parents if they still have the form your birth doctor filled out. It should have a whole bunch of cool information about you.

There might be a hospital record of this so perhaps contact them. You could also look through old letters and diaries of your parents, it might be in there somewhere. However it sounds like its a shot in the dark. If there is no record them i'm affraid you will probably never know.
