I'd prefer to find a site or company that has a catalogue listing of all the movies. I'm thinking in terms of a personal collection (not for resale). I'm in Ireland at the moment, but I don't mind Region 1 DVDs, but no bootlegs or pirated copies!

Wholesalers don't sale to the public because they will be competing against their own customers.

if u buy bulk at partial retail, since u dont have a Tax-ID. . any un-ethical wholesaler will take the business. but they will not do it for 1 or 2 pcs.
so u might as well get a tax id number or buy it through those member sites like BMG . it is cheaper in the long run. ..
amazon & ebay are great too. .
