More than 60%. You can see the crime rate in USA is the highest in the world. Serial killers....conspiracy, murders!!!! rape(though they dont call it a crime??!!) and what not.

hard to say, but if more people carried a weapon, murders like mass killings in schools and public places would go down. Think about it, someone walks into a Burger King with a gun and starts shooting, everyone else pulls a weapon and end of problem!
