Like its only happened a few times in recent times but my younger brother and I are still really close and we will say something to each other. Its almost like telepathy sometimes because there is hardly any noticable gesture from either of us. The result might be a laugh or an understanding of something we have in common. I dont know its hard to explain, but if any one can relate let me know:)

not a sibling but certainly with my partner we have a close relationship and often he only need smile at me across a room, or raise an eyebrow at the sound of particular word and I know what he means.

If people know each other well, it is fully possible to exibit an almost kind of "telepathy", in which even the tiniest minute gesture can communicate something about the matter that is being discussed, or that you both may be thinking, or near thinking, about.
