What is better. Small real boobs or big fake ones, and why?

The important thing is what makes the woman feel happy with herself.
But to answer your question: Personally from a male perspective I would say small real boobs.
But the best is a nice C, not too much but still kinda big.

For whom?
If it was my girlfriend from my point of view I would looking at the whole package.
I'm an eyes man, when I care about someone I could get lost in the eyes.
Boobs whether small real or big and fake, must fit the person.
I could find a women with either absolutely gorgeous, and I would make sure they knew it.

Let me dispel a myth, all men don't go weak at the knees when they see a woman with big boobs. I never have, I've always preferred small, and certainly,real. Big fake boobs to me always look disproportionate to the rest of a woman's body. If you'll excuse the phrase,... "in your face", Keep 'em small and real, big is not necessarily, beautiful.

Hun, if it's real it's better. If you are with a guy who thinks that you should get implants because he likes bigger boobs then he's not in the relationship for you, but in the relationship because he wants to mold you into his perfect woman, and chances are after he's done with you, he will move on to the next woman and you will be all plastic. If you are doing it for you, then you need more self esteem because all women are beautiful and built exactly as they are meant to be. If you want to change something about yourself take up a new hobby, work out, dye your hair a different color, get a small tattoo on your ankle or your belly button pierced. But please, don't get a boob job.

Real ones no matter what the size.
Big fakes ones generally look poorly done.
Personally as someone in medicine the scars and un-natural look is offputting.
Dont get me wrong, fake boobs look better than post 5kids flat balloon boobs.

Small real ones because they are softer. Men like the feeling of real breasts not fake ones. Accept your body the way you were born to be, natural is always better than fake.

Small real boobs are by far the best....
For me they will win over any fake boobs.

REAL.
Fake ones were amazing and spectacular 20 years ago but the novelty has worn off and for the new generation they have never been a novelty. They just look silly to most people, now.

As far as Men are considered, it doesn't matter if they are Fake or real as far as they are BIG. But from the point of view of health I don't think implanting silicon is a very good idea.

Real ones.
Can you imagine a wrinkly old granny with enormous silicone boobs! Jeez, that conjures up a picture.
Even if you get them removed at 70 or so, what about the extra skin? Like socks with marbles in the end. YUK!
