Because Europe is too smart to do it again. The Germans remember what it was like under Hitler, even if they weren't born then. The concentration camps stand as a silent reminder of everything Germany lost. All the historic buildings bombed in Trier, and Worms...some have never been rebuilt. All the death, the destruction...all because they chose to turn a blind eye, or even participate in the hatred.
I don't think they'll make that mistake again.
