It may be possible. I will describe it by the example of female. It is revealed by many researches that for the development of egg/ova into new individual does not necessarily requires the fertilisation. The activation by sperm for development may be replaced by other inducers, like mechanical, chemical, biochemical or others. Now it is the fact in embryology that egg/ova is self sufficient of the production of new generation.
In viceversa condition as in you question is a cell of body can be transformed into egg like cell. The organ culture and transplant may help in this procedure.
