I don't think hip width has anything to do with attraction, uinless a particular man feels strongly one way or the other... The thing about guys who "swear" they don't want to have kids is tricky. You see, some guys don't want to have kids but won't get with or even date a woman who CAN'T have children... this isn't true of all men, but the fact is that they want to KNOW they can have them, even if they really don't want to...

Who says he can't find a woman with wide hips, who doesn't want children aswell?
Plus I guess one can't get rid off the subconscious pattern of attraction.
