ROFL...well, since far as I know mimes can still hear (they don't listen when you tell them to piss off, though)...if you want to do it quietly, I'd say a silencer might be valuable...
Of course, if you're really public service minded, you might just want to go to a park with an Uzi and take out a whole bunch at once...

Yep, if by 'silencer' you mean 'person whos job it is to stifle your laughter' , and by mime you mean 'someone who is wearing his karate blackbelt and a sign saying 'kick me"' and by shoot you mean 'kick'.
Because if you laugh out loud when you kick the karate guy he will realise it is you and kick your ****.
