Actually yes.....there is guilt attached to cheating and he/she may act and appear closer to you to compensate for the guilt they feel!

There is quite a possibility of the two getting closer.
Because when one goes out to find pleasures, there does come a point when he/she realises the true value of their better half back at home..
Its just that this realisation comes a little late than sooner... But I have always witnessed this realisation and the couple getting more closer to each other..
Then they abide by each other for a period longer than life..

In God's eyes the marriage is over.But is up to you if you want to forget everything and live a life wondering if he/she is faithful or not. People make mistakes but for me unfaithfulness has no excuse ever.
