I think that maybe it was banned because o its inflammatory nature. It doesn't really ask a question but instead offers an argument trap wherein an answer isn't needed. A relative of your question would be to ask:

"President Bush: a good president, or a great president?"

the above question doesn't allow for the possibility of Bush being a bad president, any more than your question allows for the possibility that America and Israel are NOT "the kings of terror."

Incorrect argument aside, Neither are "kings" of anything. Does Israel or the US engage in state-sponsored terrorism? Not the way you are thinking. Do they tend to try and control the destinies of peoples and countries not their own? Sure. Any country with the ability to do so would try. I am not saying it is right; I am saying that it happens.
Terrorism is almost always considered to be an act of a group that feels that they cannot achieve their goals through peaceful means. they do not try to use diplomacy. They do not try to use reason. Frequently, they point to some long-ago crime against them or religious principle that they have twisted into some justification for their use of violence.
There is no justification for driving airplanes into buildings, driving trucks into military barracks, or promising children eternal sunshine after they detonate bombs strapped to their bodies.
There is no justification AT ALL for killing innocent people to make a point.
Is America's current political administration overreacting to 9-11? Yes, I think so. Is Israel constantly overreacting to external threats? When have they not?
But are they the kings of terror? No. I think you have to look closer at the men sending children with bombs strapped to their bodies to die for nothing. They are the true kings of terror.

Nope, that is not my view. Israel and the US have been attacked too many times since 1967, and the Israelites have been attacked for millenia. I think it's about time that BOTH countries start kicking some major @$$. We've earned the right to do so.
Over the years, I've watched the reports and read books about (and my mom remembers these happening as well, she was in her twenties when it started in 1967) other groups constantly attacking Israel.
Did you know that the Israelites are the most persecuted nationality in history? Their persecution has lasted for millenia, from time out of memory.
All this time they've not fought back. Now they do, and they're called terrorists by the likes of you.
How old are you, John, 16? 18? If so, go back to school. Learn some more history. Unless of course, you're not American, or British, or even French, and you're being taught this convenient revisionist history.
Some of us remember this stuff. Some of us have seen it first hand.
I'm not saying that the situation in Iraq and the Lebanon-Israel conflict isn't horrible. It's just that it's not black and white as you might think.

No . They are hated because they react with superior force to terror.
When was the last time an American (acting as an official of the government) ran unprovoked into a crowded market and blew up a bunch of civilians? You don't see people in Provo Utah jumping for joy in the streets and firing AK's into the air when we have a victory overseas. Most Americans would rather not be "over there", wherever "there" is.
You insinuation is preposterous.
