check www.download.com and type wav 2 mp3 in the search box...
by the way Audio Catalist was one of the first and best converters, try to get that one if u appriciate oldschool softwares ;)

Goldwave is k. But it takes time. Try Audiocatalyst thats much better. N have u heard of "google"? Use that to find better options man.
