You do get liquor dick. That means you can get it up but as far as blowing a nut you might as well forget it. You will wind up with some serious road rash.

alcohol reduces your inhibitions, make u more up for anything including sex w/ annonymous strangers in higher risk situations
but alcohol will also thin your blood, decreasing you ability to get/maintain a hard erection
The saying: "he's too drunk to get it up" is pretty much in many cases true
