if u've searched for any keywords or anything like tat in a yahoo or google.. wen u type again any keywords which starts wit the same letter it usually pops up to help u search for the keyword wit the help of showing u a list of keywords which u hav searched before.. to avoid this go to yahoo toolbars.. select the option called toolbar settings wit a right click.. and select -- CLEAR SEARCH HISTORY. (OR) go to TOOLBAR SETTINGS - TOOLBAR OPTIONS - and select or deselect the ENABLE SEARCH HISTORY..

turn off the AutoComplete feature of your browser.

If you are using IE6, go to Tools>Internet Options>Content(tab)>AutoComplete(button)
