Why do you wanna stop, honey!? Actually, you do stop as soon as you're aware of it. You probably have been doing that since you were in your crib... it is just natural. I think it is great. I believe it will make your nipples bigger, which is also great. Nothing better than to see nipples from under your top sticking out. When it comes to kissing them, bigger the better
