Shop.com is a portal that forwards orders to various merchants. The do not publish their physical address on their website. The only contact data on the website is as follows, copied from their site:
"If you have any questions about SHOP•COM or the products and services we provide or those you'd like us to provide - please contact us at customerservice@SHOP.COM or call our toll-free number, 1-866-746-7005 (1-866-SHOP005)."
The only address information that I was able to find was on the whois record for shop.com:
