Depends on the test. Some are very accurate up to a week before you miss your period. Sometimes even the most sensitive test won't pick it up until a day or two before your period. Some tests you need to be expecting your period that day or be a day late. Either way, if you should have gotten your period, you should be able to get an accurate result.

People are different most pregnancy test show up after 2 weeks after the due date of your period. There are people who show up after a few days missing a period. If you are worried about it and feel more comfortable you can get a home pregnancy kit from the chemist or the supermarket or go to your doctor to get a pregnancy test done and you will find out in just a few minutes.
