Any meat would do it including chicken, fish, ham, and steak. Eggs are a good source as well, and be sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. But drink you're milk!

Banana shakes, meat, mushrooms, macroni, eggs without yellow yolk, drink hot milk by putting to raw eggs in it.

chicken, turkey, fish, low fat meats, egg whites, yogurt, and theres plenty of supplements out there. buy them at a health food store. gyms sell them, but at a premium price.
bulk up!! get ripped. oh, and dont forget to treat yourself to a beer after your workout. in moderation only!

try eatting more beans fish chicken .eat lean cuts of meat and of course do not eat the skin of chicken for it is high in fat.
