How can I solve Tickling Problem?

If somebody is tickling you and you really don't appreciate it, tell them that you are serious when you tell them not to tickle you. Tell them that you are insisting that they respect you and every time they tickle you for their own pleasure, it is clear to you that they do not respect you.
Tickling can only be fun when there is a TRUST, RESPECT and DESIRE to keep it FUN for BOTH parties. It must be CONSENSUAL. Non-consensual tickling shows a deep lack of respect.
The tickler may not see it as a lack of respect. He/she might view it as harmless fun that they get a kick out of because of your laughter or your reactions. Sometimes you have to stop them in their tracks and spell it out for them - it is your body and you do not appreciate their disrespectful attitude towards it.
Only you have the right to determine who gets to tickle you or not - nobody else gets that right.

you cant really if the person tickling you is bothering you make them stop
