because small minority groups are usually targeted, that's why their roup is small because they have some sort of belief or way of life diverse from others, they have every right to cry RACIST just as we do also, thats probably why they are in a minority group, they are always offended at every little thing, i wonder what group you are from, you must be from one of those lets pick on other groups group.

Racism is real! It is not an antique way of thinking; it has simply evolved in to a much sutler or benign form that works underneath the consciousness. There are no longer "whites only" signs hanging up in public. Instead there are laws, regulations and official red tape that conveys the same effect.
Racism is really just psychological warfare. It pits one group against another for competition of resources which we are all entitled to have. It's goal is to have one racial group rule over another based on racial features.
I don't think "racist" is always the cry when minorities don't get their way. I do believe, however, that some minority people will point the finger of "racism" more quickly than others based on their experience and history.
Some minority people have been brainwashed to believe that they should not stand-up for their own people. These are the folks that are OK with "white European" rule, even at the expense of their own culture and way of life. These are the people whom I challenge to go back in history and seek their roots. Their people probably survived thousands of years in their cultural settings despite the lack of European influence. But now they believe that European consumerism, fake democracy, industrialism and defacto white rule is progress ...and is a good and positive thing.
Racism is real!

This is a very broad question you asked. What things are you referring to? If you are also a minority do things always go your way? Realistically in days past this was a racist society, and minorities were not always allowed to voice their opinions. For a long time things didn't go their way, and they weren't even allowed to cry racist. Have you ever given any thought to the idea that maybe things don't go their way? I wouldn't say minority groups always cry racist, I just think now that they can say it without retribution it's just being taken more seriously.

Well, saying "always" isn't exactly accurate. How about "often"?
The OFTEN do this because
1-in their experience, it's sometimes been true that racism has been a factor
2-they've found that they can get employers and others to quake in their boots at the mere hint of a lawsuit
3-they love seeing progressive liberals squirm and feel uncomfortable
4-they like turning the tables on what is often still a racist/sexist society and have the upper hand once in a while.

First, it's not accurate to say that minorities "always" cry "racist." That is simply not true.
Second, there will always be people who use excuses to explain or justify their position. This happens in ALL races, not just with minorities.
Finally, racism is real regardless if people who don't experience it don't believe it, want to agree it happens or like the idea that it's possible. Just because SOME people abuse it, does not mean it does not happen.
There are some things that can be nothing except racism, but when someone talks about them, we are silenced and told we are pulling the "race card."
For examples...
A doctor asked me if I had AIDS because "all you people are promiscuous." I asked him to clarify that statement because he could have been referring to my age group instead of my race. He actually used a racial slur at that point.
A police officer put a gun to my head during a traffic stop and accused me of being a drug dealer because I was driving my mother's nice car. He later apologized, but how can he take back his stereotypes and racist comments?
A Realtor refused to show me a house I qualified for when I showed up. She even told me that she thought I was white on the phone and there was no way she was showing the house to me because of my race.
A College Professor threw away my research paper and said that I never turned it in. I redid the work and he failed me anyway. He told me and all the black students that we would not pass regardless of what we did. I retook the class with a different Professor and received an "A."
If these are not clearly attacks based solely on race, what are they? Why must we not only be discriminated against, but then silenced about the pain, hurt and degradation that comes from that experience? I'm not suggesting that every instance of rejection is the result of racism, but when it is beyond clear that IS the reason, why must it all be lumped under "playing the race card"? Why can't people understand what it's like to be hated before one even speaks? To constantly have to defend one's right to just exist? As I stated in a previous answer, I have never been on public aid, never lived in a housing project, never been to jail, never been arrested, never been on drugs, never had an STD, don't have any children and keep to myself. Why must I constantly have to PROVE that I'm an upstanding citizen? Why must my very existence be on constant display and subject to scrutiny solely because of the color of my skin?
You say that you don't mean to offend under the guise that you are from a "minority group" as well, but your question is offensive. It is designed for the purpose of separating yourself from minorities who you think are using their race as an excuse. If you were from a minority group that is constantly discriminated against you would understand why some people do that and you would know that not everybody does. However, if you want to separate yourself from the reality of what many of us have to face on a regular basis, it's fine. Just please don't do that under the pretense that you are not being offensive.
-------------
For the question below: Yes, they all did happen to me and it doesn't matter to me if you believe that or not. You have the luxury of pretending that people don't have to live this way. Your response is exactly the point. People who don't live with racism and discrimination every day don't realize how common it is. I did not cry "racism" during any of these events because there is no place for me to do that effectively. I accepted that is the world I live in. Yes, you are right, false claims and abuse of this claim have made it practically impossible for those of us who have experienced true racism to be heard. That does not change the fact they are part of my history and my experience.

Things haven't been going my way for the longest time. I don't cry "racist" I blame the organized crime of tax collection. For the record I'm considered black (inter-racial really), and think I have to pay too much in taxes, how's that for a minority???

because it is easier to make the majority feel like they gotta do more to protect the rights of the minority grps. i'm sure most of the mnorities grps are happy with what they hv, but there r always some black sheeps who will aggressively campained n force the majority to compromise unfairly.
tink singapore has done very well in maintaining racial harmony. countries with racial disharmony must learn from singapore's fine example. though singapore's system isn't perfect, still it's better than most other multi-racial societies.

It's called "playing the race card". The idea is that nothing trumps this move, because racism (and the hint of racism) is so taboo in our society.
It's a cheap way to win an argument, essentially.
It is a form of ad hominem attack. For more info on this type of logical fallacy, see the link below.

It's easier than admitting they were just rejected for who they are. If it's because they are a minority under the safe blanket of racism it's not them as a person being rejected. This doesn't even make sense to me so good luck with it, I'm going to bed.
