J have heard that a new mobile operator is coming in my country(vodaphone).Is it wise to write to them about my offer in advance,or to wait for them to enter officially.If the first,pls.if someone can give me the wright e-mail to Vodaphone commercial section,so they can in advance be sure that they have a company to work with...Now J am working for OTE-Greece,but we are finishing our project in December next year...What to do...

I'd call them before they get to your area, so they can "lock you in" as a business associate.
