What is behavioral problem?

I found a site that gives an overview of behavioral and emotional disorders, as well as some more information on specific disorders. I realize that disorders and problems are two different things, but I thought you might like to know about diagnosed behavioral problems. I've found that these students are often the most difficult to help in the classroom because their personalities and needs vary so much.
