My husband lives normally with it, but I have to watch his diet make all the bread cakes and pastry's with special flour.

You can buy the breads but they are like slices of cardboard.

Living at home normally is great, we cook all our own food, mostly from fresh and know everything that goes into our food, infact we eat like Kings, but eating out isn't so fun, there is so much trust that goes into eating out. Many people say they can cater, but we often get let down.

Alot of the supermarkets in England are starting to label their products better and Tescos especially have a good gluten free range.

Holidays are "fun". We always go self catering so we know we can always eat safely.
