I did exactly that to a woman that I worked with many years ago. She said, "Bite my @ss!" so I did (she did have a nice one). She didn't press charges, but her old man was pretty pi$$ed about the bite mark on her butt. LOL!

I don't know. There was a case within the last 3 or 4 years in Germany where someone wanted to be eaten, he advertised and someone replied, the guy was then eaten by this cannibal who answered his ad........but he got off with it because the man had said he wanted to be eaten. This isn't a joke and there is no pun, check it out.

no, the rules of self defence say that you can do what ever the person did to you and one step more. so the person wants you to bite them, bite them. its as simple as that.
