Sounds like you're a sweetie.
Don't give up, that's the first thing.
To please a girl, don't think sexually. That's what she does for you. Get her pretty and cute flowers.
Get her a card and express your feelings for her in it.
Write her a song or a poem.
Take her to a fancy restaurant.
Compliment her daily on how smart, beautiful, good she is, etc.
Just let it flow from the heart and I'm sure you'll do great!

She is a loving and caring girl? Well, she should not be hard to please. Perhaps the problem is you expect too much. Do you want all her time and attention? But since she is loving and caring by nature, she cares about others besides you. If you can accept that, and be supportive of her interests and causes, you will be her companion. Let Mother Nature do the rest in Her own good time.

I consider that it can be mainly lack of information main to that. I'm a lady and I do not even comprehend why plenty of ladies do this to themselves. I've obvious a lot of my peers opt for a man who was once a whole pinhead, and informed them they deserved any individual who could deal with them bigger than a scum bag "unhealthy boy". I bet a few women love to ought to chase men and now not /be/ chased, it is quite ridiculous. Just preserve doing what you do, do not permit those matters difference the well individual you're. :)

Does she even likes/loves you before & after all you've done?
Don't entertain the thought that she likes/loves you just because she is loving & caring to you like she would to everyone else.
If you really think she likes/loves this, know this...
Women are like "waves of the ocean". Up one day, down the next. In order to be up, one has to be "very down in the deepest well" before going up again. When down, she's processing all the feelings & emotions, it's like "emotional housecleaning". The woman will get irritable/frustrated/upset for all the overwhleming feelings in her. Everything seems not right for the woman which is not literally true. After all the loving & caring, she's totally drained out & need to recharge back during this "down period".
What she needs is love, understanding & support to get through this down period. Validate her feelings when she share her overwhelming feelings with you. Do not think it's your fault and be defensive. She's just overwhelmed & need to let it all out. Say things like... "Er-huh", "Ur-hum", "Oh, poor dear", "It must been hard for you", "It must have been tiring"... you get the idea...
If she didn't speak up, maybe you can let her know you're available for her to talk to... E.g. "You seem troubled. Can I help you?", "Are you ok? I'm here for you. Care to share with me?" etc.
After the emotional housecleaning, she'll be up & about, full of love for herself, for you, and everyone else she cared about.
