If you are not confident in an interview, they will smell it and you will lose. No pressure!
You have a month. Good. Practice interviewing. There's lots of books on interviewing; basically find one with the questions they typically ask in interviews. Prepare answers for those questions. Not so much that it sounds really canned, but enough so you don't answer qustions with "umms" and "ahs".
Have friends and colleagues do mock interview sessions with you.
Do your homework. Research the company or organization you are interviewing for, and have good reasons for wanting to work for them. Learn some interseting facts about the place-- the interviewers will be impressed. Learn enough to ask good, specific questions about the place and position.
Finally, do a skill assesment of yourself. This is your dream job, so you obviously have the motivation. That alone makes you an excellent candidate. Identify your specific skills and strentghs (in terms of education, experience, and personality) that makes you the best candidate.
If you do all this, your confidence will follow naturally.
And good on you for asking a month in advance! Plenty of time. But get crackin.
Follow my advice, kid, and in 6 weeks you will hear the words "you're hired!"
Good luck!

Only U know why u are losing confidence. Before U go for the interview, find out the profile of the company and the nature of job for the post U are appling. With this info when U go for an interview, you can prove to tell the interviwer tt U have done your homework diligently.
When U r in the interview room, remember to give a firm handshake with the interviewer. This give ppl an impression tt U are confident in yourself. Be humble as some interviewer will try to demoralise U while giving u the interview. Be humble and tell them tt U are new to the field and keen to upgrade yourself in the process of job. Tell them your strength and skill which other candidates may not have so tt U stand a better chance to get the job.
At the end of the interview, thank the interviewer for spending their precious time in granting u an interview. This will leave a good impression for the interviewer.
All the best to U :)
