I downloaded the FasterFox extension a while back, I don't see it down on the bottom internet bar, there is no bottom internet anymore, what happened?

I agree to the above answer Fasterfox is good but if it not run try speed up FF manually- and you dont need this extention
How To Speed Up Firefox (Helpful Vanity)
Here's something for broadband people that will really speed Firefox up:
1.Type "about:config" into the address bar and hit return. Or go to Help>About >about:config
Scroll down and look for the following entries:or type in filed field (in the above bar )
network.http.pipelining network.http.proxy.pipelining network.http.pipelining.maxrequests
Normally the browser will make one request to a web page at a time. When you enable pipelining it will make several at once, which really speeds up page loading.
2. Alter the entries as follows:
Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true"
Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"
Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some number like 30. This means it will make 30 requests at once.
3. Lastly right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value to "0". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it recieves.
If you're using a broadband connection you'll load pages MUCH faster now!
Save a copy of your about:config first File save as About:config .xul
(or copy select all and paste as a text) if you are in trouble you can restore this initial setting

I love firefox! It is the best browser ever! Not that there are't other good browsers. Fastfox will hog your IP and cause them to cut you off.
Listen, take a good browser and use it... fastfox is like bing the fat bully!

Any gitches may be due to downloading error or installing. Try downloading it again and then install it. Or else try the Help menu.

reinstall it from tools>themes. what has happen is that your fasterfox extension has become corrupted.
