go see the doctor, you could be anaemic, thyroid problems, diabetic - get it checked out

It could be a multitude of problems such as Anemia, a metabolic disorder, mono, lack of sleep, over sleep, a virus... If it has been going on for a while I would highly encoursge you to go see your family doctor.

talk to your family or friends about the stress you are facing in a friendly way and atmosphere.
