Orange essence is pretty good for energy- peel and eat an orange, or buy some orange essential oil, put some drops in your hands and inhale the scent deeply several times.

Also, don't eat a heavy lunch if your class if after lunch.

You can also try getting up, walking to the restroom and splashing your face with cold water.

I don't know you, but I guess you have a sedentary lifestyle where you sit in front of computers playing games etc., eating bad food and not going to bed until the early hours of the morning.

You need to get off your backside and do some physical stuff. that will make you tired. Then, you get quality sleep, going to bed at a reasonable time. This will get your body used to being awake in the day and asleep at night.

Pills and potions won't help and will damage you in the long run.

Pinch yourself or inflict any shock through your body. Or just drink some coffe before class. A few sips will do and you might want to consider breath mints after the caffiene dose

You may want to stretch when you wake up in the morning...This warms up the body and get the blood pumping...after that (this is optional but highly recommended) exercise....Eat breakfast (cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc.) and drink water...

And/ Or make sure you get your 6 hours in the night before.

had the same problem, you need a better nights sleep! Eat a good breakfast or at least a nutrition bar and then you will be better, but get rest at night, no parties on weeknights, got it! Good luck in college, they are the best !!!

If you lack energy the best thing to do is eat right and take an energy supplement like guarana or ginseng. Good Luck.

before the class starts, wash your face with a cooling face wash lotion and water.
