it is never easy to handle diffcult customer nowadays as most company emphasis on " Customer is always right" policy.
Even they are diffcult to handle, we just need to be patient and listen to what they wants/nags. We can't show tt we are not happy with them. So just put a false front by smiling at them making them feel like tt they are the king. Even if U r in a bad mood U can't just start a fight with them bcoz they are being diffcult, what u can do is just to bear with it.

"Customer is always right" very true. If you want to make a living dealing with customers then you have to tolerate whatever request and give them the best service if you can. If, you cannot make it then you better change your career, simple.

Don't show them they are a pain or being difficult just do your job and get them finished in your shop so they can leave .simply just put asmile on your face when you know they are getting to you. It just shows people you are so strong and can cope with a lot of things in life.

well where i work the policy is customers are always right
wrong.......some poeple are just plain assholes so if you get one of those who u cant statisfy ask them to leave if they dont call 50
