Wear clothes that stretch - not jeans - and socks so your feet can slide, keep trying to do them, and it will take a long time especially if you are 1. older and/or 2. a guy.
Do stretching exercises to get yourself more limber. You have to do these every day for a long time, as the more limber you are the better.
Have something you can hold onto that will not tip over while you try at the very first, as you may need it for support and balance while learning.
Be prepared to fall onto your bottom a lot at first.
Keep your back straight if you can, and put your hands on the floor on each side of you for balance - so you don't fall over.
Sooner or later you will get it and will be able to do splits without any support - with your hands out to your sides horizontally instead of on the floor.
Good luck!

It takes a lot of practice and stretching over a period of time. Do a lot of stretching exercises before attempting this and then slowly let yourself fall into the splits, a little further each day, until you reach the ground. Don't push yourself too much or you might pull a muscle or worse, since you are a boy.

You need to stretch everyday and it will most likely take a very long time... It took me about 2 years to get a perfect right split and I can't even go all the way down on a left split. A good stretch is sitting down, put one leg straight forward and bring the other leg behind you while bending your knee. Then try to lean over as far as you can over your front leg while trying to keep your back as straight as possible. After doing this for a few minutes, straighten your back leg as far as possible. (eg. I can go all the way into the splits so I extend my back leg as far as possible but just extend it as much as you can).

First, exercise by placing one leg (in a sitting on floor position)
behind you, with the knee bent a bit, and the other leg out in
front of you, as straight as possible. Then bend your head toward
the leg in frontof you. This stretch exercise, if done consistently,
will allow you to do better in actually getting to the point of doing
the splits. Good luck and let me know how it goes, you can email
me at lisashetler@yahoo.com

Well, you gotta bowl like more than half the pins over. Then you've got a split. It's the remaining pins that you need to knock over the next bowl.
Practice? I'd give it like 6 times of practice. If you don't get it by then, just go into Gymnastics or something.
Now get to bowling!

Well, you take a banana, slice it in 2 lengthwise, lay it in a serving dish, put 3 scoops of ice cream between the slices, top the ice cream with chocolate, strawberries, & pineapple. Then squirt some whipped cream between the scoops & top with a cherry. It takes very little practice & you can call me when it's ready.

Stretch. Every morning when you wake up and before you go to bed, do a lot of leg stretches. Just takes time really. Don't over exert yourself either, that will hamper your package, being you're male. :)
Just don't split your pants!

Well, art is art, isn't it? Still, on the other hand, water is water! And east is east and west is west and if you take cranberries and stew them like applesauce they taste much more like prunes than rhubarb does. Now, uh... Now you tell me what you know.

There are machines that are commomly used in martial arts that help you accomplish this quickly. If you do a search for martial arts supplies you should be able to find one.
