In Tehachapi CA, does anybody know of any wifi hot spots?

I've got a friend moving up there and she won't have her internet access turned on for a while. If not a hot spot then perhaps an internet cafe? Thanks.

Yeah right! Have you ever been there? It's all dirt and womans prison. Nothing classy like a internet cafe.... Thanks for the laugh though.
