It might tip things against you...it's kinda like ex-smokers...some can be around other smokers without any difficulty while others simply can't. To me, it means they are still struggling...and this could apply to your case. There is nothing wrong with providing them the beer...but horrible if you throw away your hard won victory in the name of being "social". If they are true friends, they will support you and not expect you to be around it. If they aren't...why buy them the beer in the first place? Is it really worth it? Only you can decide how well you are...but I challenge you to be honest about it.

Be prudent with this. It can't hurt anything if you don't buy alcohol for your roommates. Let them get their own, and if they are not old enough, then you shouldn't risk providing alcohol to a minor charges.
Even if you think and/know that you would be able to resist a temptation, it is best to keep temptation away. Nothing is hurt by you keeping temptation away and everything gained. It is admirable that you are going through the program and I will say a prayer that you can stay strong in your program.

First of all, this is a subject you need to take up with your sponsor, ASAP !
Second, I take it these roommates are under age ??? That is criminal. Contributing to the delinquency of minors ! STOP THAT !
Third: Yes, it's against AA....you are enabling others to drink; that shouldn't be drinking, for several reasons.
4th; WHY,....WHY take the chance of ruining your time of sobriety....the temptation, you know.....
Tell them their "buyer" just left town, never to return. They won't like it; but you are doing them a favor, too. You've been where they're going if they don't stop. And YOU sure don't want to end up in court...
Call your sponsor about this, ok ?? :-)

If your roommates are too drunk to get the beer themselves maybe you should take them with you to your next AA meeting. Maybe you just need a co-dependents 12 step program? Ask your sponsor.

absolutely, AA tells you that peer pressure is the main cause of recovering alcoholic returning to alcohol.if you have been a drinker in the past it is even more necessary for you to avoid situations where there is alcohol being served and anyone who encourages you to drink is no friend of yours.

It's not wrong if you're buying for them... just as long as you're not doing any of the consumption. Be a good test to see how strong your convictions and willpower are too.
