How can I deal with this pain!?

Question

My husband chose to leave on june 16th because he wanted to *find himself* I come to find out he has some feelings for my sons ex who is the mom of our grandkids (mind you hubby is younger then me these are step grandkids who call him papa)
They talk ALL the time hang out..but tells me nothing is going on..I was told that they have been intimate that he told this person who told me. I confronted them both HOWEVER of course denial. He does not care at all how it makes others feel YET he wants to be friends and says he is keeping his options open about me. I found a letter he wrote to God saying do i be a jerk and tell her to go away or stick with this..WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!
I have no idea how to deal with this all..he wants to HANG with me and sometimes gets a lil feely laying his head on me and that..YET rips me if we kiss smalll pecks..IM so confused bawling all the time...where do I fit in??

I wil be starting school soon for private investigation and will be joining gym soon...anyway he calls me tells me hang on then clicks over to the other call made me wait a few minutes clicks over says oh your still there I said ya he says okay brb i said okay sooooo he clicks over THEN about 4 mins later phone makes beepbeeeeeppp noises and is dead soooo i go to call him back answering machine..I am no longer hurt im p*ssed told him FINE so be it..want to walk on me well this door mat is no longer in use..have fun with your STEPSONS EX the mother of our grandkids..and oh btw I hope your happy...im soooooo ANGRYYYYYYY

Don't let him back in your life. It sounds to me like he wants to keep you as a backup just in case this thing with the girl doesn't work out as planned. Don't be a doormat. If he can't make the decision, make it for him by kicking him out of your life. The friends thing is just a way to keep the door open. Close it and lock it. No man is worth this kind of crap.

You may not know what you want, but surely you know what you DON'T want. If the love has gone, it's incredibly diffcult to get it back. Do you want to try that whilst all the time he is laughing at you because he can do what he wants and have you to come back to when it doesn't work out?

Remember the Cher song, 'It's in his kiss'. If he's not kissing you like he should, it's time to say goodbye.

Take the initiative. If he has left you, then start making the neccessary arrangements for getting on with your life. Then, when the time is right, get a great deal of satisfaction in putting all his stuff out in the street, or something equally dramatic. believe me, it will make you feel a lot better!

Spruce yourself up, make sure you look your best at all times. Even when you don't feel your best. You will be surprised at the looks others give you. I hope you see that you do not need someone like this guy to give you nothing but heartache when I am sure others would give you the love you long for and desire. Time to let him go. Seperation only makes him feel like its okay to purue the other woman and then say "well that was when we were seperated". You know in your heart it is over. He might have broken your heart don't let him break your self respect, self esteem or you ability to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and tell him his loss. In my opinion you should let him know that you are NO LONGER AN OPTION!

i feel your pain. you need to step away. step away from everyone. it's ok to be alone for awhile to think. i really urge you to do that.
