Even though Chris Brown is fresh out there right now, I'd have to say Usher. He has so much Talent and can dance me under a table, in the closet, down the street, around the corner...lol J/k but yeah Usher has a refined technique. Chris Brown Got a while to catch up!

Usher his moves look smoother and doesnt do the same thing over in every video practically.
