Not at all... especially if you wrap it in a paper towel before nuking it. Just makes it hot as blue blazes so be careful when it's done and wait several minutes before you tear into it.

Potatos have very little beneficial nutrients anyway, I doubt microwaving causes them to loose a substantial amount.

anything you microwave loses at least half or more nutriants, example........baby bottle, never nuke a baby bottle or veggies. you NUKE IT, thats exactly what you do you nuke all your nutriants.
