$200 is just more than I can afford for this program new.

Have fun on the warez sites. You'll probably get a virus or spyware from them. That's always fun.
At any rate, MS is monitoring those sites as well, and although you might get XP to install, it probably won't activate properly. And even if it does, the serial number will eventually show up in their database as compromised and you won't be able to get downloads except for security patches.
XP Home is less than half that price. Later you can buy the upgrade to XP Pro for about $125.00

if you can't afford the program how can you afford the fine which is probably more than 3 times that amount when and if you are caught.
