Do you mean she regrets doing it?
Dont worry she will get over it also it could just be attention seeking.
Have a chat with her if you want to clear the air. If she wants to accuse you of rape or something terrible like that then i would seek legal advice but otherwise im sure she will be ok.

She shouldn't do something because of the will of her partner she should be able to decide for herself rather she wants to do it or not. I don't know why she felt bad about it but I am thinking she either was a virgin,she was to young,or the dude she had sex with was one of her friends boyfriend or ex-boyfriend those are reasons I'm thinking she felt bad but if not then she just shouldn't do what she don't want to do she should go with her mind and heart and no one else's choice.

If she wants to talk about it and feels it was a mistake, then talk to her about it. She wants you to know where she stands on future encounters. But in turn, she should hear your side of the story too.
If she does not want to talk about it, just drop it. She'll go home, cry about a poor choice she made, and she'll have to live with it.
Either way you should let her know that you ARE willing to talk about it.

Well, if you pushed her into it, you should apologize. Maybe apologize either way... and let her know it doesn't have to happen again until she's more ready, that you still care for her (if you do)... it happens sometimes. good luck, try to be supportive and understanding.
