Thank you for your question.
It is 5 all between Liverpool and the other English clubs.
Liverpool is the only English club to have a UEFA Badge of Honor for winning five European Championships. It is third on the list of alltime winners list. They won in 1977, 1978, 1981, 1984 and 2005.
Manchester United (1968, 1999) and Notts Forest (1979, 1980) and Aston Villa (1982) are the only other English clubs to have won it.
I have attached more sources for additional information.
Regards

Liverpool 5 Rest of England 5
A tie, but since it's Liverpool vs The Rest of England, you'd have to give it to Liverpool on points. Biggest comeback in Champions League final history to win in 2005. Man U were good in 1999, but they came back from 0-1, well done, but I think 0-3, then surviving penalties shows class! I've been to Anfield when Liverpool had only won 4, and that was impressive, but now they have 5, and they got to keep the 2005 one, and get their badge of honor makes Liverpool the winner. Man U fans think that they are the champions of Europe. 5-2 all time, I beg to differ.

By winning it 5 times, Liverpool were allowed to keep the European Cup permanently.
So if there are any Man Utd supporters who have forgotten what the European Cup looks like, they can visit Anfield rather than wait another 31 years between European Championship wins.
