i have had a couple garter snakes. and last year me and my brother found 21 salamanders in our yard! (we live on a farm) they were under plastic, wood, and other stuff, where it was dark and wet. we put them in a huge tank outside and kept them until winter. we would feed them grasshoppers, they would just grab them out of our hands! it was kool! and they all lived!

specific, we continuously bury our pets interior the outdoor. we actually have a "puppy cemetery" with a number of cherished canines and cats buried there, comprehensive with markers and that i frequently place plant life on the graves. that ought to sound wierd to a pair human beings, yet right here in Texas, in case you very own a extremely super property of land (or maybe smaller), this is especially time-honored to bury our pets in our backyards. a close-by corporation makes and sells wood puppy caskets, which we've bought some cases. I frequently think of on the subject of the subject you reported on the subject of the present occupant of the homestead unearthing the puppy(s). We had deliberate to retire in this homestead, yet now we are making plans to sell in a pair of years and build a house on the lake. i'm already questioning approximately my "babies" buried in our backyard. i could be bothered that the graves could be disturbed or something outfitted over them. So i could even evaluate exuming them (i comprehend...very unusual and probably gross) and shifting the deceased pets to our new homestead for re-burial. i contemplate whether absolutely everyone has ever accomplished that?
