Once upon a time I wanted to save the world, I was a real live hippy type, long hair and blood-shot eyes, I valued and respected all live, Now I see that our politicians are as corrupt as drug dealers, our corparations are souly for the love of money regardless of the toll on mankind and mother earth, even the native peoples have given in to greed and forsaken what was once sacred.
Does any else feel that the ones that are the powers that be, that rule the world, and the ones that want to rule the world have made the world not worth saving?

Unfortunately it is us that did this because we allowed the ones in power to have the power over us.

If everyone in the country would just say no to Bush, how much power would he have? NONE

If everyone in the country said no to working in a company that caused pollution, they would change too.

It's the people that enable the bad ones to do the things that they do.

JUST SAY NO TO DOPES !!!

Yes,I did,I AM.
The world is decaying and I always think that saving it should be my mission.I have been disappointed many times but i just stick to that magnificent thing called HOPE.That's the reason why i didn't die mind-depressed soul-hurt brokenhearted till now.

I believe that one should start with himself and I'm trying hard on this aspect. Then,I constantly try to change the close ppl i know coz they're a good basis to start with.I also post on the Internet, thus i think i can influence more ppl.Someday i may be able to save the world.

The world still worth saving...

Yeah, sometimes I feel like that. But I've been given a few lucky breaks. You can't save the world. But you give a ride to a hitch hiker or a dollar to a bum or take in a pet from an animal refuge, or visit an elderly neighbour. You made a difference to just one. That's better than doing nothing isn't it ?
