My children. Long ago when I was a teen, I was told I could not bare children. So my children are the most precious things on earth to me as they were God's gifts. I had situated myself to a childless life, had the world just about at my fingertips. Opportunities that a lot of people would never imagine being within their reach, right there for me to take. When I found out I was pregnant the first time, I didn't hesitate to be a mother and put everything else on a backburner. I've never regretted my decision and I feel so blessed and richer.

I think love is the most important thing. On Earth only I do love the elements (fire, water, wind, love, and Earth) and my family (with pets) but they will go on with me so I don't know if that counts. I do like looking at the stars in the sky. And laughing at a funny movie.

My cousin Margaret. I was 18 when she was born so I went to live with my auntie while I was in college and took care of her while her mom worked. We say she is my first baby. She just hit teenager and thinks I'm stupid and old. Typical but shocking for me because we always were 2 of a kind. Now I don't even get the time of day anymore. My auntie says now I know how it feels to parent a teenager. Ha Ha. I am really proud of her though. She is so smart and fearless.

It's my life.
Without it, I would be dead.
Besides my own life, it's my man. I can't imagine living without him. He is my soulmate for more then 15 years. I have never met anybody with even the potential of being this soulmate to me. He is the love of my life and I hope we will get old together.

My life. Without it, I would have nothing else.
This also stems from my humanist philosophy. The human life is sacred. My purpose in living is to enjoy my life and, hopefully, to make others enjoy their lives more.

My son. No ifs, ans or butts about it. The moment they laid him in my arms, I realized that I would kill for him.
