by underplaying all of your other facial features. Choose a nude lip color and blush. Use dramatic colors on eyes like sheer white all over and then pink or purple at the crease of your lid. If you are going to use eyeliner, use it only at the top of you eyelides to make your eyes look bigger. Use a good mascara and dont forget to curl those eyelashes! That will make your eyes POP and STAND OUT for sure!

Try a dark brown or even blue/green eyeliner. Draw a line from the edge to the centre of your top eyelid (not all the way across) and again on the bottom. Finish with a few coats of mascara. It's kind of like putting a pretty picture into a frame...it will make your eyes stand out a lot more, especially the mascara, believe me (I have greeny-blue eyes and this works great for me!) For the "gold speck" you can try putting a little shimmery gold colored eyeshadow in the crease of your eye along with the eyeliner/mascara, but only at night. Remember for day wear, less is more.

Use mascara on both your upper and lower lashes. Since you have light green eyes, you could use eyeshadow in a shade of green lighter than your eye color to bring out the green or use light shades of browns and purples to make your eyes look bigger. Dab a light color of eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eye and a dark color of eyeshadow in the outer corner. You could also use eyeliner instead of eyeshadow for this. It makes your eyes stand out due to the contrast of the black and white.
Tip:
* Don't use dark make-up on the rest of your face, otherwise it'll distract from your eyes and won't be balanced.

if your eyes shape is almond and small draw white eyeliner(very light) in ur eyes... wear green or blue tops cuz it makes eyes so dreamy my sister's eyes are like your as you said the color.. so she does in this way... you can use very light mascara and light green eye shadow above yor eyes from where the eye starts and at the top end of the eyes use more dark green this will make them look like cats eyes!

Get some nice pastel eye shadow and down play your lips. Use brown/black mascara instead of black. Put some highlights in your hair, and layer your hair in towards your face. Have some wispy bangs that drape the side of your face and curl in right about where your eyes are.

okay seeing as how u have green eyes, I think your best color would probably be gold, althought it also depends on what ur hair color is ... So buy a LIGHT gold and put it on your eyes .. take a BROWNISH eyeliner DO NOT apply to mush eyeliner just rigth below your bottom eye lashes ... but basicly go light on the make-up and it will bring out ur eyes more ... :-) I do make-up so feel free to comtact me ... :-)

Try some green eyeshadow, and perhaps a greenish eyeliner. The rest of your makeup should be a bit suttle, but still there.

To draw attention to your eyes, wear more makeup on your eyes than the rest of your face. Now, that doesn't mean put it on like a clown. Just wear more on your eyes than on your lips/cheeks/whatever...
And if you have bangs, they can help. If you get side bangs on both sides, it can attract attention to your eyes, too.
