Sports girls are the best. I'm a Tigers fan and my girlfriend is a Braves fan. We discuss baseball constantly. She also loves football and the Redskins. Since we've met, I've gotten her to watch hockey with me and now shes a Wing Nut just like me. When you have a girlfriend that can talk sports, there is never a lack of conversation, and conversation is important in a relationship.

Honi,

I think its cool. In fact, shared interests help to make a relationship more interesting.

Besides, it is good if you can sit down and watch a game together without arguing whose turn it is to watch their program.

It isn't a dealbreaker but having someone who enjoys sports is definitely a plus. It is even better if she "wears girly-girl skirts and cute tops". :>)

I'm sure you'll find a cute guy who appreciates you.

Regards

No it just means you like sports. I for one would consider that as a plus. No fighting over what to watch in bed, you can watch the game together and play naked couch rubgy during the 7th inning stretch.

No, I think it's great. I am not a soccer fan, but I tried to keep up with the World Cup because my wife is a soccer fan. She is a girly-girl too. So, keep doing what you are doing.

I have an ex-girlfriend who loved baseball as much as me. I thought it was cool. We could talk about it together and watch games together. I loved it.

Not weird. It is cool.

No!! I've always liked sports, and when I was younger and single, it helped me with guys. We actually had something to talk about. I know my husbands friends are always impressed with my sports knowledge.
