Obviously a punk from the lost '90's. Some of the best rock n role came out of the bands of the '80's. You want to know what that was all about? Ask your parents. Yeah, maybe there were some pretty lame styles out of the '80's but when you look back there were lame styles from all era's. Baggy jeans??????? Need I say more. I was walking through a mall a while ago and I overheard these little teen girls and one of them saw this kid walk by wearing these...................things down to his knees and a sweat shirt also damn near to his knees 8 sizes to big and I heard one of the girls say..........."wow what a great ***". All I could think was...........HOW CAN YOU TELL? I liked some of the styles of the '80's. They really showed what a woman had to offer without showing it all. I love the female form and I love a little mystery too. As for the music, I only regret that there are bands from the '80's that I will never get the chance to see 'cuz they're gone.
Rocker Chick................................ROCK ON!!!!

Everything about the 80s was great (except some of the clothes). Why do you think that music from the 80s is still played on Radio, In Clubs, At Weddings etc.
The cost of living was lower. Everyone seemed happier & with less stress.

Hunni, did you even grow up in the damn 80's? It was a great era, granted some of the styles were lame, but every era has there faux pas, some of the best metal bands came out of that era.. Hell i am still a rocker chick from back in the day.

The 80's - we had Thatcher, we had Major, we had mass unemployment, we had privatisation of all our public utilities, we had c**p music, we were at war with the Argentinians - need I go on? - the 80 was a terrible decade, but then we are no better off now either

Some good music and films came from the 80's, my generation was the 70's, we look back at pet rocks, mood rings, bell-bottoms and think OMG! 20 years from now people will say the same about this decade. :-)
