Hey all, im in a 12 person league and we play 1 QB, 2 RB, 2WR, 1 TE, 1K, and 1DEF for each week. I just had my draft yesterday and i think i did pretty good. I was the first overall pick also. Also i dont want people saying " get peyton, or Shaun Alexander " or stupid crap like that... Those players will never be in free agency after a draft.

QB's. Kurt Warner, Jake Plummer
RB's Larry Johnson, Lamont Jordon, Jamal Lewis
WR's Larry Fitzgerald, Darrel Jackon, Rod Smith, Keyshawn Johnson
TE's Alge Crumpler, Leonard Pope
K's Ryan Longwell
Def's Jaguars, Rams

I think i should do pretty well, but what do you all think?

For a 12 man league, I'd be pretty happy. You'll be having fun juggling your #2 back all year (unless Lewis did a complete 180 and went back to his old self). Based on what I'm seeing, you waited a while on your QB's, and you got some servicable ones; if Warner can stay healthy, he should give you some nice weeks, and Plummer's no slouch for an occasional plug in.

I have no idea what everyone else did, but I'd say you have a great shot at going well into the playoffs.

I think your team is AWESOME for a 12 man league. I can't believe you got Jordan so late in the draft. You must have been drafting with some idiots. I love the Fitzgerlad pick in the 3rd round. I might have drafted a QB one round earlier just to get a little bit more consistency out of that position, but other than that I love your team in a 12 man league. You should win your league, and if you don't you'll be competing all year. I'll give it a......

9.4/10

Not bad for a 12 team league, but a few thoughts..
You might want to grab either Leinart or Cutler (if available) as both your starting QB's are injury prone.
If Zach Hilton (TE-New Orleans) is available, grab him and dump pope. the guy is a huge (6-6) target, and you know how Antonio Gates did with Drew Brees @ QB)
I'd say dump the Rams and add RB depth.. research teams/articles for sleepers/backups that aren't taken. (Deangelo Williams - Carolina, Greg Jones - Jags,).. basically, if any starting RB is injury prone, get the #2 back if he's available

As everyone has said, you might want to try to get some better QB's. Try trading the Rams, Smith, and/or Pope for a better QB. I do like your chances with the RB's, and the Kicker isn't bad. Overall, I would give you a 9.25/10.
